Darwin Rocksitters Ice Hockey Team World Champions

The Darwin Rocksitters Ice Hockey club each year would actually would write a letter to the world Ice Hockey champions challenging them to an ice hockey match on Mindil Beach in Darwin. On the day we would arrive in a bus at the beach dressed in Ice Hockey gear and look for ice. When the world champions fail to appear we win by default and go on a big victory pub crawl in the bus. We remain World Champions to this day undefeated.
